This article explains the maximum number of participants supported per session on each Wayground for Business plan. It also clarifies the difference between seats and participants, so you can choose and manage the plan that best fits your organization.

Participant limits by plan

Each Wayground for Business plan supports a defined maximum number of participants per session. The table below summarizes the limit for each plan.

The Essential plan supports up to 150 participants per session, whether you are billed monthly or annually. The Pro plan supports up to 1,000 participants per session.

Seats and participants

Two terms are useful to keep in mind when reviewing your plan:

• Seats are the licensed users on your account: the people who create, host, and manage content.

• Participants are the people who join a session to take part in a lesson, quiz, presentation, or assessment.

The limits in this article refer to participants per session. Seat allowances are set separately for each plan, as shown in the plan overview below.

14-day free trial

When you create a Wayground for Business account, a 14-day free trial is activated automatically. The trial gives you and your team access to Wayground for Business so you can evaluate the product before committing to a plan. You can upgrade to the Essential or Pro plan at any point during your trial.
