View Roleplay Performance & More in Reports

You can view detailed reports for each Roleplay activity to track how your learners performed across competencies, sub-competencies, soft skills, and more.

Accessing a Roleplay Report

1. Go to the 'Activities' tab on the left navigation menu
2. Select the Roleplay activity whose report you want to view
   
   

You can now see the following tabs in the report:

• Participants tab

Here, you’ll find the accuracy and points earned by each participant.
Click on ‘View report’ next to a participant’s name to open their detailed individualized performance report. [Read more here]

• Competencies tab 

View the overall accuracy based on your set competencies, as well as the competency-wise accuracy for each participant.

• Sub-competencies tab

Get a detailed accuracy breakdown across different sub-competencies, both overall and per participant.

• Soft skills tab

This section provides insights into participants’ performance across various soft skills.

Individualized reports for each participant

1. Go to the ‘Activities’ tab on the left navigation menu
2. Select the Roleplay activity whose report you want to view
3. Open the ‘Participants’ tab
4. Click on the ‘View report’ button next to the participant whose detailed performance report you want to view

Insights covered in an individualized report

• Attempts section

If multiple attempts were allowed for the Roleplay, you can view the participant’s performance for each attempt. The best attempt will be marked accordingly.

• Overall accuracy bar

This bar displays the participant’s overall accuracy percentage. You can also print or share the individualized report from this section.

• Soft skills insights

View participant performance on soft skills such as talk/listen ratio, filler word usage, and speech clarity.

Note: Soft skills are not included in the overall accuracy score.

• Recording and transcription section

Located on the right side of the report, this section contains the full recording and transcription of the simulated Roleplay.

• Competencies tab

View detailed insights for each competency and sub-competency. Hover over a sub-competency and click ‘View insights’ to see the wins, gaps to address, better phrasing suggestions, and the potential impact

• Objections handling tab

View excerpts from conversations involving objections and participant responses. Click on the ‘Listen to this conversation’ button to play that specific moment in the recording; the recording and transcript will automatically navigate to the same timestamp.

Keywords section

At the bottom of the report, this section shows whether participants used the required keywords and avoided the ones they were not supposed to avoid.
